So I've been out here 2 months now and I've finally found a bit of form.

Over here they play the T20 campaign first which is pretty cool. I played 2nd grade all through that and we won the Auckland 2nd grade championship. Got a few quick 20's in that.

In the one day games I've got a couple of 30's. (same form as in Cherwell League then Jonesy, ed.)

Last week I played the first day of a 2 dayer in 2nd grade side and made 69. Because of that I was one of the 2 allowed changes for the second day for the 1st grade side and stepped up and made 40 not out which was the highest score in the match, Dave Wigley the Northants seamer was playing for the oppo, and I took 2-13 on a green seamer. We won by 40 runs with our former blackcap taking an 8fer.

Hope the dinner went well and everyone enjoyed themselves - gutted to have missed it, hope there was a good turnout.

I see Squiddy got that Brian Johnston grant which is good news - really pleased for him.
