Nets & Coaching

Senior pre-season nets start in December. These are open to current paid up club members only. There will be a charge of around £2 for all those attending. Dates for your diary are; (all Sundays @ 16:30 til 18:00 at MCS)

Dec 7th & 14th, Jan 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Feb 1st, 8th,15th, 22nd, Mar 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

Adam Cook has agreed to join Cumnor as Player/Coach. This is very exciting news and will give us a great chance of progressing in 2009 and help us build for the future. Adams experience and knowledge will be put to good use during the winter with plans under way for fitness training and targeted coaching at our winter nets. I am sure you will all welcome back one of Cumnor's favourite sons!
